Full policy

An HTTP cookie (also called web cookie, Internet cookie, browser cookie, or simply cookie) is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored on the user's computer by the user's web browser while the user is browsing. Cookies were designed to be a reliable mechanism for websites to remember useful information or to record the user's browsing activity (including clicking particular buttons, logging in, or recording which pages were visited in the past).

We use cookies so that users can log in to this site with cleaner and safer URLs of pages they visit while browsing and collect statistical data.

The essential one is the session cookie, usually called MoodleSession. You must allow this cookie into your browser to provide continuity and maintain your login from page to page. When you log out or close the browser this cookie is deleted from both your browser and the server.

Third-party cookies

In addition to our own cookies, we may also use various third-party cookies to report usage statistics of the Site and refine marketing efforts. Makeup Lessons and Rescheduling Lessons

Private Lessons:

We are aware that on occasion, students may need to reschedule a lesson. An intention to reschedule a lesson should be made known to the teacher as soon as possible, minimally 48 hours before the regularly scheduled lesson time. A new lesson time will be offered based on the teacher's availability in the same week as the original lesson. If a suitable time is not available, the student may choose to forfeit the lesson. Rescheduled lessons are subject to a $15.00 booking fee to be paid in advance.

Any lessons missed without 48 hours notice are forfeit.

Group Lessons

No make-up lessons are offered if a student misses a group lesson

If the instructor must miss a lesson, they will notify their students as soon as practical and offer possible makeup times without extra fees.
